Information you submit

When you send a quote request, we receive the details you enter: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, aircraft make and model, registration, airport or location, storage type, services of interest, preferred timing and condition notes.

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Quote requests are delivered to us by email through an email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf. Requests are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records.

Information collected automatically

• No advertising or tracking cookies. This site does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• No analytics. The site does not currently run an analytics service.
• Spam protection. To limit abuse, the quote endpoint briefly keeps the IP address of each submission in memory (for about ten minutes) to apply a rate limit. It is not stored in a database.
• Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Fonts and images are served from this website, not loaded from third-party font or image services.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you (hosting and email delivery), when required by law, or with your consent. If coordinating a job requires telling an airport, FBO or hangar owner that work is planned on your aircraft, we will discuss that with you first.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records we must keep. Reply to any email from us to make a request.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
